Reminder: HR have discretion when issuing infractions on a per case basis. This means you may be infracted for rules not explicitly stated on this page, but are considered Common Sense.

1. Respect

All members of the Staff Team must treat each other and other members with respect at all times. Furthermore, Staff Members must maintain a positive personality when speaking with members, to ensure a positive experience for all.

2. Permissions

As part of the Staff Team, you are entrusted with permissions inside of our In-Game Server, and in some cases, our Discord Server. You must use these permissions correctly, and not abuse them at any point. Any abuse of permissions will result in an instant ban.

3. Professionalism

As a Staff Member, you must remain professional at all times, and refrain from portraying childish behaviour at any point in time. This rule also prohibits the use of brainrot. This rule does NOT require you to use grammar in Discord, but does require you to use grammar when on-duty in-game.

4. Breaching Server Rules

Violating any part of our Server Rules is not tolerated, and will result in an instant strike upon sight.

5. Outside Drama

To ensure a civil atmosphere, we ask that you keep drama outside of Maple Ontario, this includes any reports from external servers, fueds, past arguments and more.

6. Activity outside of MORP

When outside of MORP, we do expect you to maintain a baseline set of our rules, however, we do not moderate your activity outside of MORP unless it violates PRC/Discord/Roblox ToS, or if it comes back to a report against you.

7. Chain of Command

You must follow Chain of Command at all times, this means do not go to the Leadership Team instantly for a matter that could be handled by the IA Team.

8. Departments

Do not attempt to use your role to gain a position in any department inside of MORP.

9. Inappropriate Behaviour

Any form of inappropriate behaviour, like asking for photos of people, asking for personal info, etc, will result in an immediate termination for the safety of our staff.
